Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Director of IT for POS and Operations Systems to own the full lifecycle of two critical platforms: our next‑generation Point of Sale system and the Tunnel Controller System. You will lead internal and external engineering teams, reporting to the CIO, and build systems, processes, and teams that power operations for years to come.

Qualifications

• Own the full lifecycle of POS and Tunnel Controller System software.
• Define and maintain technology roadmap aligned with growth strategy.
• Lead internal and partner engineering teams.
• Establish governance, change management, and rollout sequencing.
• Ensure PCI-DSS compliance, security, and uptime targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Define milestones, success metrics, and governance.
• Build, mentor, and manage internal engineering and 3rd party partner.
• Align architectures, APIs, and integration patterns across systems.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on reliability and uptime.
• Oversee architecture, development, and QA of POS and TCS platforms.
• Drive security, compliance, and ongoing support across locations.
