Job summary

The Trevi Group seeks a Vice President of IT Operations to lead the technology powering its stores, distribution centers, and corporate operations. Reporting to the CIO, you will guide enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, networks, and service delivery in a hybrid Oakland, CA environment.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT infrastructure and 5+ years in senior leadership, with retail/POS experience and a track record of modernizing operations through automation and SRE practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery.
• 5+ years in senior technology leadership.
• Retail, POS, or distributed multisite operations experience.
• Experience with hybrid cloud, ITIL/ITSM, vendor management, and enterprise budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, networks, service delivery, and store technology.
• Modernize operations through automation, observability, and site reliability engineering.
• Strengthen IT service management, incident response, and operational performance.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing strategic technology partners.
