Job summary

Sanity seeks a Head of IT to transform IT operations into a strategic function. You will lead IT operations, compliance, and procurement to enable global teams across Europe and North America to move faster. The role emphasizes AI-driven automation, scalable processes, and enterprise-grade security.

You will own SOC 2 certification, vendor relationships, and a strategy to scale from 200 to 500+ employees while maintaining startup agility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with at least 3 years in leadership
• Hands-on IT management for a distributed global team (200-500 people)
• Experience procuring 50+ vendors with a 7-digit budget
• Experience implementing SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR
• Experience supporting enterprise sales with RFIs and security questionnaires
• Proven automation to reduce IT operational burden

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Design scalable self-service IT systems
• Own device lifecycle with automation-based processes
• Manage identity across SaaS platforms securely
• Create operational infra that supports 240+ employees like Fortune 500
