Job summary

Serve Robotics is seeking a VP of IT Infrastructure & Operations to define and drive the IT strategy and day-to-day operations across delivery depots, labs, and offices. You will own IT infrastructure, security, and support services to enable growth and robotic development.

You will lead and scale a high-performing IT team, partner with cross-functional groups, and oversee SOX, SOC 2, GDPR compliance while aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT infrastructure and operations with leadership experience.
• Experience managing live operations across multiple time zones in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in networking, cloud platforms, identity management, and enterprise systems.
• Track record of hiring and scaling IT teams and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, leadership and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with growth, expansion and R&D goals, including budget, vendor selection and technology investments.
• Lead IT planning for new markets, facilities, acquisitions, and major company initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud services with a focus on uptime and scalability.
• Implement collaboration, productivity, and ERP systems for cross-functional teams.
• Own IT security controls and ensure compliance with SOX, SOC 2, GDPR.
