Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in information systems and technology, including seven or more years’ experience driving IT infrastructure solutions and strategy in a manufacturing environment.
• Cloud infrastructure preferred.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining server and network equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and success in managing IT infrastructure systems and projects.
• Supervisory and staff management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for enterprise infrastructure across locations, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and resilience.
• Develop and execute cloud infrastructure roadmaps aligned with objectives and security requirements.
• Direct cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-performing technology solutions.
• Define and manage enterprise infrastructure projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis.
• Oversee enterprise help desk priorities related to infrastructure and ensure high-quality service.
• Establish SLAs and performance metrics for technical support.
• Shape vendor strategy and manage enterprise infrastructure services for cost-effectiveness and security.
• Travel regionally as needed.
