Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in information systems and technology, including seven+ years driving IT infrastructure in manufacturing.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining server and network equipment.
• Strong leadership, project management, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to travel regionally frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership for IT infrastructure across locations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and resilience.
• Lead enterprise help desk priorities and ensure high-quality service across units.
• Develop and execute cloud infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
• Direct cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions and manage enterprise projects.
• Shape vendor strategy and manage enterprise infrastructure services for cost-effectiveness and security.
• Oversee 24/7 IT support services and establish SLAs and performance metrics.
• Foster continuous improvement and a culture of innovation across IT infrastructure and support teams.
