Job summary

Ellwood is seeking a Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure and Support to provide enterprise-wide leadership across IT systems and support for 25+ facilities serving 2,000+ team members.

The role shapes long-term infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and resilience for day-to-day operations and major initiatives. Reporting to corporate leadership, you will partner with manufacturing and security teams to align infrastructure with regulatory requirements and growth plans, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in information systems and technology, including seven+ years in IT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and network equipment.
• Proven ability to manage, investigate, and improve IT infrastructure systems.
• Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise infrastructure leadership across all locations with scalable, secure, reliable systems.
• Develop cloud infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business growth and security requirements.
• Direct cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions across units.
• Establish and manage enterprise infrastructure projects with on-time, on-budget delivery and security compliance.
• Lead capacity planning and continuous improvement to strengthen performance across infrastructure.
• Oversee enterprise help desk priorities and communicate effectively with end users.
