Job summary

Wings Credit Union seeks a Director of IT Audit to lead technology risk assurance across the organization. You will shape the IT audit strategy, deliver independent assurance, and advise on governance and controls in a fast-evolving environment.

You will collaborate with executives and regulators, drive talent development, and modernize audit capabilities with data analytics and AI-enabled approaches to strengthen resiliency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT Operations, IT Security, or related field is required.
• Minimum 10+ years in internal/external audit or risk management in financial services.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in an audit or risk role.
• 10+ years IT Auditor experience in banking/credit union is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive an IT audit strategy covering tech, cyber, data, and resilience.
• Lead risk-based audit plans, advisory work, and continuous monitoring.
• Manage a high-performing IT Audit team and ensure quality across engagements.
• Partner with executives, regulators, and governance committees to strengthen controls.
• Advance audit processes, analytics, and AI-enabled auditing methods.
