Qualifications

• At least 5 years in investor relations or related fields.
• Proven track record supporting equity and debt raises.
• Strong understanding of metrics and reporting for institutional infra investors.
• Experience managing relationships with institutional investors, lenders, or rating agencies.
• Ability to translate operational/financial information into a compelling investment narrative.
• Experience in a high-growth, capital-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Own investor narrative and positioning as markets evolve.
• Develop messaging and materials for each capital-formation stage.
• Coordinate equity and debt raises from prep to close.
• Maintain fundraising pipeline and investor relationships.
• Oversee investor reporting cadence and infrastructure metrics.
• Build scalable investor relations systems and disclosure controls.
• Represent the company at investor meetings and roadshows.
