Job summary

Penguin Solutions in Fremont, CA seeks a seasoned Vice President of Investor Relations to lead and shape the company’s investor relations function. You will interface with shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community, communicating Penguin Solutions’ AI factory platform strategy and financial performance.

The role reports to the CFO, leads quarterly earnings, and collaborates with Legal, Finance, and Communications to ensure accurate disclosures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in investor relations or related public-company finance/communications role.
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations, Nasdaq expectations, and earnings processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating complex business info for investors.
• Executive presence to advise senior leaders and interact with investors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a comprehensive IR strategy aligned with Penguin Solutions’ business strategy and growth goals.
• Serve as primary spokesperson for institutional investors, sell-side analysts, shareholders, and the financial community.
• Shape and communicate a clear investment narrative around the AI factory platform strategy and growth trajectory.
• Lead end-to-end quarterly earnings process and prepare earnings materials and scripts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Communications to ensure accurate, compliant external disclosures.
• Build and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors; manage engagement programs.
• Monitor investor sentiment, analyst coverage, and market trends to provide strategic insights to leadership.
• Prepare executives and Board for investor meetings, earnings calls, and conferences.
• Support annual reports, proxy materials, and ESG disclosures with cross-functional teams.
