Job summary

Dalio Family Office is seeking a VP, Portfolio Analytics & Reporting to define how the institution measures and communicates performance across public markets, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and alternatives. You will build a world-class reporting and analytics function with direct visibility to the Board and senior leadership, and automate scalable processes using Python.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in investment performance reporting in institutional settings.
• Production-quality Python and automated data pipelines expertise.
• Experience with multi-custodian data environments and complex pipelines.
• Familiarity with GIPS 2020 and CFA Institute Standards.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
• International travel ~10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain investment position and performance reporting methodology across asset classes.
• Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain automated data pipelines, engines, validation, and report workflows via Python.
• Own attribution framework for public market strategies and notional/duration adjustments.
• Own private markets reporting across private equity, venture capital, real estate and private credit.
• Manage data collection from partners and consolidate reporting with privates team.
• Oversee partnerships with data providers and adoption of AI tools.
• Integrate private markets data into total-portfolio analytics and liquidity forecasting.
• Provide visibility into geographic exposure, risk metrics, and portfolio construction.
• Oversee regulatory, pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring and reporting.
