Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in investment performance reporting for institutional asset owners, asset managers, or similar entities.
• Production-quality Python and automated pipelines experience; multi-custodian data environments.
• Familiarity with GIPS 2020 and CFA Institute Standards; bachelor’s in finance, mathematics, computer science or related.

Responsibilities

• Define how the institution measures and communicates performance across public markets, PE, VC, real estate, and alternatives.
• Own and maintain reporting methodology and governance for investment performance across asset classes.
• Oversee automated data pipelines, calculation engines, validation frameworks, and report generation in Python.
• Provide attribution analysis for public markets and private-markets reporting across funds and directs.
• Support private-market reporting (cash-flow/commitment reporting) and data collection from GPs/sponsors.
