Job summary

Landing Point in the United States is seeking an Analyst for Portfolio Analytics to enhance value creation through data, workflows, and decision-quality insights. You will build KPI dashboards, automate reporting with Excel, Power Query, Python, and SQL, and support valuation and LP reporting processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of PE/IB/FP&A experience, a finance or quantitative degree, and strong Excel plus BI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, FP&A, data analytics, or private equity.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain portfolio company KPI monitoring, benchmarking, and performance dashboards using portfolio monitoring software and BI tools.
• Automate recurring reporting and data collection using Excel, Power Query, Python, SQL, etc., to reduce manual cycle time and maintain data integrity.

• Partner with investment teams on portfolio company onboarding and ongoing data management.
• Prepare Investment Committee-ready outputs that are concise and decision-oriented.
