Job summary

LifeStance Health in Dallas, TX seeks a senior clinical leader to develop and scale neuromodulation and psychedelic-assisted therapeutics, aligning protocols with FDA guidance and overseeing training and governance across markets. The role requires 10+ years of psychiatric practice, board certification, and a proven ability to lead complex clinical initiatives in a large multi-site organization.

Qualifications

MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted medical license and ability to maintain licensure.
10+ years of psychiatric clinical experience, including interventional treatments.

Responsibilities

Design and lead interventional psychiatry strategy across neuromodulation and pharmacotherapies.
Develop protocols, training, quality standards, and outcomes measures for specialty programs.
Monitor literature, regulatory requirements, and safety to inform program decisions.
Oversee training/credentialing for clinicians delivering interventional therapies.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to navigate licensing and REMS requirements.
Partner with Medical Leadership and Research to ensure clinical soundness and governance.
