Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking an accomplished psychiatrist to lead interventional psychiatry strategy and program development across national settings. You will oversee protocols, training, safety standards, and outcomes measurement to scale specialty therapies safely and effectively.

The role requires MD/DO with board certification in Psychiatry, an active US medical license, and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license and ability to maintain licensure requirements.
• 10+ years of psychiatric clinical experience, including specialty/interventional modalities.
• Ability to develop clinical protocols, care pathways, safety standards, and governance structures.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interventional psychiatry strategy (TMS, pharmacotherapies, neuromodulation).
• Lead clinical program development for psychedelic-assisted therapies in line with FDA guidance and DEA requirements.
• Evaluate emerging treatments for safety, feasibility, and patient need.
• Monitor literature to inform strategy and competitive positioning.
• Develop clinical protocols, eligibility criteria, care pathways, and safety monitoring.
