Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking an experienced psychiatrist to lead interventional psychiatry strategy, including TMS, esketamine/ketamine, and psychedelic-assisted therapies. The role focuses on evidence-based program development, safety standards, and scalable outcomes across markets.

You will partner with Medical Leadership and Compliance to align protocols with FDA/DEA guidance, drive training, and advance enterprise priorities in interventional therapeutics.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop clinical protocols, care pathways, and safety standards.
• Experience with interventional therapies (TMS, ketamine/esketamine, psychedelics) preferred.
• Strong regulatory and risk-management understanding for specialty therapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise interventional psychiatry strategy across TMS, pharmacotherapies, and neuromodulation.
• Lead clinical program development for psychedelic-assisted therapies in line with FDA/DEA guidance.
• Monitor literature and outcomes to inform strategy and program scaling.
• Oversee credentialing, training, and quality monitoring across markets.
• Collaborate with Medical Leadership, Compliance, and Operations to ensure sound governance.
