Qualifications

• 10+ years of psychiatric clinical experience.
• Ability to develop protocols, care pathways and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee interventional psychiatry strategy including TMS and pharmacotherapies.
• Lead clinical program development for psychedelic-assisted therapies in line with FDA guidance.
• Evaluate emerging treatments for safety, feasibility, and patient need.
• Monitor literature and outcomes to inform strategy and scaling decisions.
• Train and credential clinicians delivering interventional therapies.
