Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience creating content across channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team while partnering effectively with business leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • Candidates selected for advanced interview stages will be required to provide writing samples demonstrating communication and strategic messaging capabilities.
  • Experience integrating and operationalizing technology in communications productions and/or processes.
  • Time spent in financial services or a similarly regulated sector.
  • Creative capabilities, including video, design, or audio production.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal communications plans that support U.S. Business priorities, initiatives, and leadership objectives
  • Draft and deliver clear, compelling content across internal channels, including leadership messages, employee updates, intranet stories, talking points, and presentation materials.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to simplify complex information, support executive and leadership communications, and lead a small team in delivering high-quality work with clarity and consistency.
  • Manage editorial planning and channel coordination to ensure communications are timely, aligned, and effective during business milestones and periods of change.
  • Use employee feedback, performance data, and evolving best practices to strengthen internal communications and improve engagement over time.
