Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Director of Internal Communications to drive strategic internal communications and Team Member engagement across a fast-paced, matrixed organization. You will counsel senior leaders, shape messaging, and lead multi-channel programs that elevate business priorities and strengthen trust among employees.

This role requires a strong storytelling background, collaboration across regions, and the ability to manage complex programs from design through measurement,

Qualifications

• Essential degree in communications or related field with extensive senior-leader collaboration.
• Experience designing internal communications, engagement strategies and change management.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with audience awareness.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communications strategies to advance business priorities.
• Lead multi-channel programs to elevate leadership visibility and engagement.
• Plan and execute internal meetings, town halls, and leadership sessions.
• Create stories, newsletters and content calendars; track impact and outcomes.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Operationalize best-in-class communications across Niagara.
