Job summary

Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Internal Communications Leader to guide the associate engagement strategy across our vast enterprise. Based at our Mooresville headquarters, you’ll ensure timely, on‑brand messaging to more than 300,000 associates in offices, stores and distribution centers.

You will lead the HR communications team, advise senior leaders, oversee intranet and event communications, and deliver programs that reinforce Lowe’s values and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
• 8 years of communication experience with 5+ years of corporate communication responsibility.
• 5 years managing multiple large projects.
• 4 years of C‑Suite executive level support.
• 5 years of Fortune 500 corporate environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans aligning with enterprise strategy and initiatives.
• Lead and supervise a team of communications professionals.
• Advise C‑Suite on communication strategy, plans, and execution for associate initiatives.
• Manage HR communications programs, executive messaging, intranet content, and company communications.
• Oversee intranet site content, emails, and large leader-led meetings.
• Identify executive opportunities and position messages effectively for target audiences.
• Provide strategic counsel to elevate associate experience and company brand.
• Manage complex programs and cross-functional partnerships with Store Communications, PR, Investor Relations, and Marketing.
• Develop engaging content delivery approaches to stay current with communication trends.
