Job summary

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HTML is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, English, Journalism, Media Production, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience in video production or internal communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults with business partners and Communications leaders to understand needs and support strategic objectives through internal communications.
• Develops video content from concept through final delivery, including scripting, producing, filming, and editing for internal channels.
• Writes and edits scripts and messaging to be clear, engaging, and aligned with Lowe’s standards.
• Translates complex priorities into compelling video stories for employees.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to plan and execute video productions, managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Manages content review and approval process with executives and partners.
• Develops video assets and tools to support communications needs.
• Assists in developing and executing communications processes, production standards, and style guidelines.
• Performs additional responsibilities to successfully complete projects.
