Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in Integrated Production with growing roles in an advertising agency environment.
• Deep understanding of video, print production, motion graphics and editing processes.
• Able to estimate hours and costs for production requests.
• Proven experience delivering profitable, high-quality production services.
• Experience hiring, managing, motivating and developing team members.
• Experience creating internal training materials and resources.
• Experience auditing and redesigning production processes and workflows.
• Stays current with Emerging Production trends and applies them.
• Strong delegation and project execution skills.
• Client facing experience.
• Change management experience.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Results-driven, accountable, and eager to grow Integrated Production and Post-Production offerings.
• Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership to inspire and guide creative and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Producer on large-scale, high-visibility production projects as needed.
• Experience managing 12+ Producer, MGFX Designers and Editors.
• Manage the Integrated Production and Post-Production teams.
• Educate peers and clients on Integrated Production and Post-Production at EVERSANA INTOUCH.
• Manage freelance and external vendor pool and contractor assignments.
• Ensure the team’s billability goals and meet business needs.
• Assign agency Producers, Motion Graphics Designers and Editors to projects.
• Provide estimates and input to estimates as required.
• Grow and develop the department and services for the agency.
• Attract, develop and deploy production talent for highest content value.
• Ensure overall quality of work and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support business development with presentations and written/audio/video materials.
• Define goals for direct reports and provide mentorship.
• Advise on best practices, processes, scope, schedules, and pricing; build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Resource Management and executives to forecast workloads and secure resources.
• Evolve production workflows and documentation; oversee project life cycle from concept to delivery.
• Partner with HR to hire production talent with a DEI lens.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; model inclusive behaviors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
