Job summary

Edelman is seeking an Assistant Producer to support integrated production across internal agency initiatives and client work in New York. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Producer, the internal production studio, creatives, and the integrated production team to drive smooth, high-quality productions from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of producing video, audio, experiences, or post for agency or production company.
• Interest in working with directors, editors, and designers with a maker mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Supremely detail oriented with the capacity to multi-task and handle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supports producers leading the production and coordinates meetings, notes and timelines.
• Organizes director reels and photographer links for lead producer.
• Assists with all productions and tasks, maintaining communication and quality control.
• Notes in meetings, shares updates, and ensures timely status reports and calendars.
• Liaises between creatives, vendors and internal studio to oversee projects.
• Manages vendor relationships and helps identify external production partners.
