Based in New York, you will manage 12+ producers and MGFX designers, shape capacity planning, mentor leaders, and partner with the Resource Management team to forecast workloads.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in Integrated Production within an advertising/creative environment.
• Extensive understanding of video, print production, motion graphics, and editing processes.
• Proven experience hiring, managing, and developing production teams.

Responsibilities
