EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a VP, Group Director, Integrated Production to lead the Integrated Creative Production and Post-Production teams. You will drive department strategy, talent development, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of video, broadcast, print and social content for clients.

The role requires 15+ years in integrated production within an advertising/healthcare context, exceptional leadership, client-facing skills, and strong business acumen.

Competenze

• 15+ years’ experience in Integrated Production with progressively expanding roles in an advertising agency environment.
• Extensive understanding of video and print production, motion graphics and video editing processes.
• Confident at estimating hours and costs on production requests.

Mansioni

• Lead the Integrated Production and Post-Production teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Manage a large team of producers, MGFX designers and editors and oversee freelance pools.
• Advise clients on best practices, pricing, and scope while fostering client relationships.
