Job summary

Care New England Health System is seeking a Manager of Intake to lead the referral intake operations for the Home Health Agency. You will oversee referral review, authorization processing, admission coordination, and referral conversion while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with Medicare, state, and agency requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred in nursing or healthcare administration.
• 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in home health intake.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across all levels and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
