Cox Automotive is looking for a Senior Manager, Instructional Design to lead a team that crafts scalable learning strategies across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and drive performance through instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs.

The ideal candidate brings deep instructional design expertise, strong consulting skills, and a passion for developing talent with emerging learning technologies including AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years in L&D, instructional design, or curriculum development; alternative combos accepted.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience and leading complex learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of instructional design professionals and foster engagement and growth.
• Partner with leaders to assess learning needs and align strategies to goals.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning solutions.
• Oversee portfolios, prioritization, resources, and delivery across programs.
• Act as a trusted consultant to stakeholders for learning and performance solutions.
• Champion innovation using learning technologies and AI-enabled practices for outcomes.
• Establish and monitor metrics to measure program impact and success.
• Ensure quality standards and alignment with operational objectives.
