Job summary

Uniswap Labs seeks a Head of Institutions to scale its institutional business across strategy, partnerships, and GTM initiatives. You will work with senior leaders and report to the CEO, Hayden Adams, coordinating Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Finance to drive opportunities from concept to closed deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across business development, strategic partnerships, sales, strategy, or related roles in fintech, payments, capital markets, financial infrastructure
• Proven success closing complex partnerships with large financial institutions or enterprise customers
• Experience building a new business, market, customer segment, or GTM motion rather than only operating within an existing sales organization
• Strong knowledge of how banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, fintechs and payments companies evaluate and adopt new tech
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution and lead partner meetings
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to evaluate opportunities by value, impact, economics, and feasibility
• Track record of translating partner feedback into product/engineering input

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute institutional strategy to align Uniswap with financial institutions
• Develop GTM motions, segmentation, and pipeline development
• Source, negotiate, and lead strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, and funds
• Own institutional growth goals and identify opportunities for volume and distribution
• Translate market signals into company strategy and product roadmap
• Represent partner needs to Product and Engineering and build business cases
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to move opportunities from idea to closing deals
• Build executive relationships with senior leaders across finance and fintech
