Job summary

HelloFresh in Newark, NJ seeks an Associate Director of Continuous Improvement, Ingredient Quality for North America to lead the end-to-end quality improvement program. You will turn data into actionable operational changes, align cross-functional teams, and own the quality reporting suite to drive measurable impact across the network.

The role requires 8+ years in CI or related fields, a Bachelor’s in a aligned discipline, and travel up to 25%. Equity plan eligibility is included.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Quality, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams and large projects in high-volume ops.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality program improvements across NA distribution centers.
• Translate KPIs into actionable SOPs; ensure adoption and sustainment.
• Partner with Product, Procurement, Operations and Logistics to fix issues.
• Develop predictive insights through advanced quality reporting.
