Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Executive-level Associate Director of Continuous Improvement for North America ingredient quality in Newark, NJ. You will lead end-to-end quality governance, design unified QA standards, and drive data-driven improvements across suppliers, fulfillment centers, and delivery.

You will partner with Product, Procurement, Operations, and Logistics to translate KPIs into SOPs, supervise quality staff, and push for predictive insights through advanced reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or related fields.
• Experience using data to drive measurable improvements across large operations.
• Lean Six Sigma methodologies applied to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and execution of ingredient quality governance.
• Architect NA Meal Kit Quality Program standards and systems.
• Turn data into actionable, scalable improvements across the network.
