Job summary

Pennant Group is seeking an IT Director of Engineering to lead Network, Firewall, Azure Infrastructure, and Telecom teams. This role directs architecture, reliability, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure supporting offices, service centers, remote workers, and locations.

The leader partners with Information Security, Finance, and business leaders to drive resilient, cost-efficient, and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with eight+ years of progressive infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading enterprise network, security, Azure, and telecom functions.
• Experience with governance, budgeting, and vendor management; healthcare/regulatory exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Network, Firewall, Azure Infrastructure, and Telecom teams.
• Develop multi-year infrastructure strategy and roadmaps aligned with growth and risk tolerance.
• Own enterprise network architecture and operations across LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
• Lead firewall/security engineering, including policy governance and vulnerability remediation.
• Oversee Azure architecture, cost optimization, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Manage telecom services including unified communications and call routing.
