Job summary

Trellis in Round Rock, Texas, seeks a strategic leader for Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Services to drive server, cloud, network, endpoint, and collaboration platforms. You will manage multiple teams, set priorities, and ensure secure, scalable technology aligned with business goals.

You will partner with Security, application teams, and vendors to modernize the environment, lead major incident response, and improve the employee technology experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Six+ years of IT experience with progressively responsible roles.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Experience supervising server, network, and desktop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams responsible for server, cloud, network, endpoint, and digital workplace services.
• Oversee design, deployment, and operations of Windows Server, Azure, AD, and collaboration tools.
• Ensure security, reliability, and cost-effective lifecycle management of infrastructure.
• Lead incident response, change management, and vendor coordination.
