Ladders is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead day-to-day security operations with a strong emphasis on incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management. This leadership role partners with internal teams and client stakeholders to strengthen security posture, improve readiness, and support confident business operations in a fast-moving staffing environment.

This is a highly visible leadership position requiring technical depth and calm, practical decision-making

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity or related fields.
• 3-5+ years in security operations leadership.
• Hands-on experience with incident response and threat detection.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and cloud security tools.
• Strong understanding of modern attack vectors and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to remain calm during high-pressure situations.

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Information Security to join the team of a leader in the staffing space.

This leader will own the day-to-day security operations function with a strong emphasis on incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management. The role will partner closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to strengthen security posture, improve readiness, and support confident business operations in a fast-moving staffing environment. This is a highly visible leadership position that requires both technical depth and calm, practical decision-making during high-pressure events.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
