Fource Recruiting in New York seeks a senior sales leader to build and manage a team responsible for developing opportunities with independent advertising and media agencies. You will drive performance and operational excellence to execute sales strategies, close revenue, and build a robust pipeline across the independent agency landscape in your region.

Qualifications

5–10 years digital sales or sales management experience.
Experience selling into independent advertising or media agencies.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

Lead and drive your sales team to peak performance selling into independent advertising and media agencies.
Collaborate with your EVP and the Management team to develop a business plan to meet revenue goals with growth across the independent agency book.
Manage your revenue pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Recruit, hire and train members of the Sales Team with agency experience to drive sales excellence.
Work with Marketing and Sales Development on events and campaigns focused on the independent agency community.
Develop, coach and mentor direct reports and build executive-level relationships with independent agency leadership.
