Job summary
McAfee, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the technical product strategy for Authentication, Product Catalog, and Digital Order Management within our eCommerce platform.
You will own the Single View of the Customer across Web, Mobile, and OEM channels, aligning with Engineering and Design to deliver secure identity and instant entitlement activation, while driving memorable customer experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years leading Product Management teams.
- Experience with Subscription/Billing platforms.
- Experience in ECommerce solutions.
- Strategic product architect with backend focus.
- Experience in omni-channel ecosystems (Web/Mobile/OEM).
- Experience with AWS and microservices architecture.
Responsibilities
- Own Identity Roadmap for Authentication and Authorization.
- Lead Digital Order Management and Source of Truth logic.
- Own Entitlement engine and instant activation.
- Architect a flexible Universal Product Catalog.
- Lead Mobile Store/Partner integrations (Apple/Google/OEM).
- Collaborate with Engineering on AWS-based services and scalability.
- Define product metrics and measure customer experiences.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers.
- Translate multi-year vision into prioritized roadmaps.
