Job summary

McAfee seeks a visionary Director of Product Management for Web Protection & Browser Security to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Web Protections portfolio, including Web Advisor and browser-based experiences. You will shape protection across browsers, web platforms, and AI-enabled environments to deliver trusted, seamless user experiences.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex security concepts into intuitive customer experiences, and partner with Engineering,

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience, including leadership responsibility for consumer technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or browser-based products.
Deep understanding of web technologies, browser ecosystems, extension platforms, web protocols, privacy frameworks, and online security trends.
Proven success defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and execution for large-scale products.
Experience translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive customer experiences.
Demonstrated ability to partner across Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Threat Research, and other teams.
Proven people leader with experience building high-performing product teams and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

Own the Web Protections Portfolio: set vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Web Advisor and related browser-based protection experiences.
Define how the app and browser extensions work together to create a frictionless customer journey across state, signals, data, and UX patterns.
Translate web threats into trusted UX by partnering with design, content, research, and engineering.
Lead browser and platform strategy across Chromium, WebExtensions APIs, Safari, Firefox architectures and related web protocols.
Protect users from emerging AI and agentic risks within the browser ecosystem.
Turn R&D into consumer-ready products by translating security research into prioritized roadmaps.
Evaluate strategic partnerships with browser vendors and data providers to extend reach and differentiation.
Communicate strategy and measurable outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
