Job summary

Realtor.com® is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Identity & Auth to own the strategy and roadmap for authentication, identity resolution, and registration across web, iOS, and Android. You will partner with engineering, data, and design to build a secure, low-friction foundation that enables personalized experiences.

You will drive Auth0 migration, unify identity graphs, and deliver a cohesive identity layer, ensuring reliable sign-in, account management, and gated content across surfaces.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in product management with 3+ years in identity/auth platforms.
• Direct experience with modern authentication systems (Auth0/Okta/Stytch) incl. migrations.
• Understanding identity and data architecture patterns: identity graphs, CDPs, session and cross-device recognition.
• Proven ability to deliver low-friction, high-trust user experiences (registration, sign-in).
• Strong data literacy; SQL, KPI frameworks; partner with Data Science on identity logic.
• Platform mindset: reliability, observability as product outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own identity & auth end-to-end across web, iOS, Android; drive Auth0 migration and platform stabilization.
• Grow recognized/registered users via content-gating and low-friction sign-in.
• Build a trusted identity graph with Segment Unify for cross-device recognition.
• Deliver cross-platform consistency; unify authentication flows across surfaces.
• Operate with platform rigor: reliability, observability, reduce tech debt.
• Evangelize roadmap to executives; secure alignment and investment.
