Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in data, analytics, AI/ML, or digital strategy.
• Experience translating data/AI into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience operationalizing data products and AI/agentic solutions.
• Strong governance, privacy, and compliance understanding.
• Proven vendor and program leadership in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute data/AI strategy and roadmap for ICX aligned to commercial priorities.
• Oversee build, buy, and partner decisions with investment cases and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end intelligence layer including data products and AI agents.
• Scale AI agents and ML capabilities to improve engagement across channels.
• Own enterprise measurement turning engagement signals into business results.
• Define ICX data strategy, governance, and Responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with Legal, Medical, Regulatory, and Privacy to ensure compliance.
• Partner with DTE/DSS on infrastructure and model operations.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of ~9 direct reports.
• Develop internal talent and external vendor ecosystem.
• Champion AI literacy and responsible use across Commercial.
