Job summary

Castelion in Rio Rancho, NM seeks a Director of Manufacturing to lead our state‑of‑the‑art operations and deliver hypersonic capability at scale. You will build a world‑class manufacturing organization, drive innovation, and ensure safety, quality and on‑time delivery in a fast‑paced, high‑reliability environment.

You will mentor cross‑functional teams, optimize processes, and partner with engineering, supply chain, and regulators to meet export controls and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years in production/manufacturing operations or manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years in production/operations leadership.
• Experience scaling production from development to high volume.
• Deep understanding of high-precision aerospace hardware production.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rio Rancho manufacturing operations and drive innovation.
• Build and mentor a cross-functional team across production, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
