Qualifications

• 10+ years in production/manufacturing operations or manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years in production/operations leadership.
• Experience in scaling production from prototype to high volume.
• Understanding of aerospace hardware production and assembly.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute production scaling strategies.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Oversee production operations and resource allocation.
• Manage operational expenditures and develop KPIs.
• Lead continuous process improvement efforts.
