Castelion is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to support solid rocket motor production for long-range hypersonic vehicle development. This full-time role is based in Midland, TX and requires close collaboration with engineering to execute high-precision builds.

You will help advance designs and mature manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes while ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Experience building complex aerospace components.
• Reading drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with manufacturing metrology and quality assurance tools and processes.
• Ability to work in a remote environment with limited support.

Responsibilities

• Support development of solid rocket motor systems for design/build of long-range vehicles.
• Work with engineering teams to execute technical motor builds.
• Assist in advancing designs and maturing manufacturing, assembly and integration processes.
