Job summary

EagleBank in Maryland seeks a VP of HR ERP Implementation & Systems to lead the Workday HCM transformation, design, implement, and stabilize the HR technology platform while aligning with talent and governance goals.

You will coordinate across HR, technology, payroll, risk, and executives, own governance, data migration, reporting, change management, and post‑live operations, ensuring secure, scalable HR systems for a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in related field.
• 12 years progressive experience in HR operations, HRIS or HR technology.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR ERP implementation from mobilization through stabilization and manage scope, milestones, and outcomes.
• Lead the HR workstream across Workday, partners, HR, Technology, Payroll and Risk.
• Establish governance, reporting, escalation paths, and executive communications.
• Oversee data migration, system integrations, analytics, and security controls.
• Drive change management, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Transition to ongoing platform governance and HR technology roadmap ownership.
