Job summary

The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert in recruiting and classification to management nationwide and guides program objectives in line with VA and NCA regulations.

The position oversees division activities, ensures alignment with policies, and supervises HR staff.

Qualifications

• Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Chief of the Recruitment & Placement/Classification Division and SME in recruiting and classification nationwide.
• Promotes establishment and achievement of program objectives and assists management with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Oversees day-to-day activities of HR Specialists and HR Assistants within the Division.
