Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting multi-site environments in distribution/logistics/food distribution.
• Strong expertise in employment law, organizational change, and workforce culture development.

Responsabilités

• Strategic partnership with regional executives to align workforce strategies with business goals.
• Lead employee and labor relations, handle complex ER issues, ADA/EEO considerations, and performance counseling.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and champion safety across distributed facilities.
• Oversee talent acquisition, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.
