Nextpower is seeking a strategic Human Resources Director to partner with our Innovation organization and shape talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness strategies for growth. You will advise senior leaders, drive performance, and foster a culture where innovation thrives.

The role emphasizes executive presence, business acumen, and data-driven decision making to unlock organizational potential across a dynamic global environment. This is a senior leadership position at Nextpower.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience partnering with global Engineering, Product, Innovation and Sales organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, workforce planning, and HR compliance in a complex global environment.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders and driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, coaching and executive influencing skills.
• Experience leveraging analytics and workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
