Bartell Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for the F DoubleTree San Diego Bayside to lead a hands-on housekeeping team and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

You will oversee daily operations, schedule staffing, and collaborate with HR and maintenance to ensure smooth, high-quality guest experiences. This is a full-time on-site role that requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Housekeeping team.

• Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly.
• Partner with HR on hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and leadership to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage timekeeping, labor, and department needs.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, pride, and guest service excellence.
