Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the entire housekeeping function in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper. You will lead guest room operations, public areas, laundry and back-of-house activities, ensuring service vision aligns with the One&Only standards.

The role reports to the Director of Rooms and requires notable supervisory experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Opera.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience within housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Manage guest rooms, public areas, laundry and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure VIP rooms are checked and special requests met.
• Identify training needs and assist in developing training plans for the team.
