Job summary

Valley View Casino & Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the department, uphold standards, and ensure excellent guest service. You will organize staff, monitor cleanliness, and coordinate with other departments while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Three years of experience in Environmental Services/Housekeeping or related field.
• Two years of progressive supervisory/management experience in environmental services/housekeeping management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to speak and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Housekeeping department to meet company objectives and standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and positive relations; greet guests courteously.
• Train team members and ensure proper execution of responsibilities.
• Plan, organize, and supervise department activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly departmental reports.
• Manage supplies and inventory.
