The Hoodoo Moab is seeking a hands-on, organized Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operation, overseeing guest rooms, laundry, and public spaces. You will manage staffing, inventory, and training while coordinating with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel operations, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including guestrooms, laundry, and public spaces.
• Ensure guestrooms and public areas meet brand standards and are stocked with amenities.
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and standards.
• Create weekly schedules based on occupancy and business needs.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to keep room status accurate.
