Job summary

The Hoodoo Moab is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeping Inspector to help maintain the high cleanliness standards our guests expect. This role blends final guest room inspections with hands-on housekeeping duties, ideal for someone who stays active, works independently, and ensures every room is ready for arrival.

You will inspect rooms, correct cleanliness or presentation issues, assist with duties as needed, and contribute to a positive guest experience through attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to follow established procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final inspections of cleaned guest rooms.
• Identify and correct cleanliness or presentation issues.
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms.
• Support team members during busy periods.

Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed

What You'll Do

As a Housekeeping Inspector, you'll help ensure guest rooms consistently meet the hotel's quality and cleanliness standards. Your responsibilities will include:
